Tasmania Roadtrip - Week 4 - Teds Beach

Just east of Strathgordon on the banks of Lake Pedder, is Teds Beach, a free camp and picnic area set aside by Hydro Tasmania. This is the northern boundary of Southwest National Park, Tasmania's largest national park containing some of its most remote wilderness. We joined the campers on the beach but there were others camped behind the amenities block (easier access and flatter ground).
